A hurricane response in the west became a school programme that now reaches across the island.

A response base is established at Don's Motor World in Black River, with medical missions at Petersfield High School and Seaford Town. A later school programme reaches Calabar High School and Saint George's College in Kingston, Cornwall College and Mount Alvernia High in Montego Bay, and is scheduled for Munro College and Hampton School at Malvern.
