With legally registered entities in Jamaica and the United States, including an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity in the United States, we continue building partnerships and infrastructure to support sustainable humanitarian outreach.

Support Our Mission
CASSM Foundation Global's United States organization is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Contributions to our qualifying US nonprofit organization are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by US law.

Volunteer
CASSM missions are delivered by healthcare practitioners and volunteers who generously contribute their time, expertise, and skills. If you would like to participate in an upcoming mission, we invite you to join our volunteer roster.
Before you sign up, a few things:
Signing up adds you to our volunteer roster. Not every mission requires every volunteer. Deployments are matched to the skills, experience, and availability required for each outreach activity. Consequently, you may not be contacted for every opportunity.
Your information is used to coordinate CASSM missions and related volunteer activities. We do not sell your personal information. Relevant details may be shared with authorized mission coordinators and service providers where necessary for participation.
What to expect
CASSM coordinates each mission — the site, schedule, clinical setup, and logistics required to operate the outreach clinic.
Getting to Jamaica. International volunteers arrange and cover their own travel into Jamaica, including airline tickets. CASSM is not responsible for international travel expenses.
Once you are in Jamaica, we take it from there. Starting from our designated pickup point at 24 Parkington Plaza, Kingston, CASSM provides:
- Round-trip ground transportation between Kingston and the mission site
- Overnight accommodation at or near the mission site, where required and subject to availability and group size
- One meal per mission day, arranged with volunteers in advance
- Continental breakfast and snacks during the mission
What this does not cover. CASSM does not provide general accommodation in Jamaica. Housing is limited to the mission day and any overnight stay required by the mission. Transportation is limited to the round trip between 24 Parkington Plaza and the mission site. Travel, lodging, and transportation outside these arrangements remain the responsibility of the volunteer.
We will confirm the arrangements for each mission before you commit to participating.

Our United States organization has received IRS recognition as a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. The Jamaican entity is separately registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica.
